Swami Vivekanand, an aspiring and inspiring man, who devoted its life or the channelizing the energy of youth. On January 12, we commemorate its birth anniversary as NATIONAL YOUTH DAY.
Theme “It’s all in the mind” we enter the second year of this century along with 62.5% of India’s working population between 15 to 59 years. With this huge demographic potential, we can achieve any goal but what goal it should be.
For an individual that can be a carrier oriented, for a child achieving a good grade, for a politician it can be win election, but for a country it should be to prosperous when each of its citizen is living a happy life. Swami ji said
Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life; dream of it; think of it; live on that idea. Let the brain, the body, muscles, nerves, every part of your body be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success, and this is the way great spiritual giants are produced
We need to practice this thought daily in our life. Youth is full of energy, innovation, zeal to do anything and achieve its target. Each one of us have some dreams we just need to believe in ourself. Even Vivekanand ji says
Talk to yourself once in a day, otherwise you may miss meeting an intelligent person in this world
These wisdoms guide us in difficult times or when we stumble upon some distraction while working our way to achieve our goal.
National youth day is a reminder for all of us to cherish the great gift of our nation, and despite various challenges we will flourish and full fill our dreams.
